Avenues for Pledge Card Collections

Thanks everyone for the continuing support of the GO THE EXTRA MILE for HWA charity fund-raising drive.

For those who still have not yet collected the pledge cards, the following avenues are available for collection:

• Collection at HWA premises. HWA is located at 16 Whampoa Drive Singapore 327725. Please call HWA at 6254 3006, ask for Ms Stephanie Quan and indicate that you are making arrangements to collect your pledge cards directly from HWA. Pls note that arangements with Stephanie must be made BEFOREHAND to avoid making a wasted trip to HWA. Collection time on Saturday is before 1pm.
  
• Ad hoc collection from CBD area. As some of the committee members work in the CBD area, special arrangements for collection from the CBD area can be made on a case-by-case basis.
• CBD Runs (every tues). Pls see here.

Important Note: Please drop us an email at hwascsm06@gmail.com to indicate which option listed above you would be using to collect the pledge cards. Pls also state when (date/time) you would be collecting your pledge cards so that we can get them ready for collection on the specific date/time.

NRIC/Driver’s Licence (for verification of identity)

Things to note

• Everyone will be issued two pledge cards. More can be issued upon request.
• Upon collecting the pledge card, you will need to sign two copies of the acknowledgement form. One copy will be given to you.
• You will also be issued a copy of the Collector’s Certificate of Authority (CCA), which is required to validate the fund-raising.
